Biography
| My name is John Baccile and I major in graphic design at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia. Though I've been fortunate enough to travel from Juneau to Key West and beyond, I've made the majority of my photographic discoveries simply by wandering around the neighborhood, back in the woods, or on a spontaneous drive to the New Jersey Shore. While my gallery may feature anything from an old girlfriend to an eye-catching piece of litter, I try to reserve spots in the print store for what I consider to be my most pristine and beautiful works. I use the term beautiful not to make myself look like a better artist, but because every time I clicked the shutter of my camera to produce what you see here, it was because I saw beauty in whatever was in front of the lens. So whether it be human, natural, or nature reclaiming man's artifacts (a recurring theme of mine), I hope you enjoy my gallery and encourage you to pass the word on if you like what you see. So whoever you may be, whether we have met in person or not, I look forward to sharing my past, present and future with you. |
